Addalloy 3T printed parts obtain thier high ultimate performance using a simple direct age heat treatment (T5). This dramatically improves geometric stability when compared to other 3d printed aluminum alloys that require a quenching heat treatment (T6) which can result in printed components becoming distorted.
Reusable Pre-Alloyed Powder
Unlike competitors that use powder blends and coatings, all Addalloy powders are composed of a uniform alloy of spherical morphology. This economically improves powder spreadability, printing performance, and recovery after printing.
